All I Wanted

A night of commercial music

April 30, 9:30pm

The Green Room 42
New York City

Musical theater trained actors extraordinaire sing their hearts out on some of their favorite commercial tunes. Have you ever heard of such a thing?! You'll never know this was all you wanted - that is - until you experience it. Buckle up for back to back numbers by ten of your (soon to be) favorite up and coming voices on the scene. Featuring songs by old and new artists, including: Paramore, Demi Lovato, Fleetwood Mac, CIL, Florence + the Machine, Tori Amos, Lizzy McAlpine, Chris Stapleton, Frank Ocean, The Cranberries, Alicia Keys, and maybe, JUST maybe, an original song as well. Hear these talented performers scream, cry, wail, and dare we even say....howl!?

Come for the music, stay for… the music. We’re all business here. Rock out with us at The Green Room 42 on April 30th, 9:30pm!

Jacob Thomas Carr (he/him) apparently likes to wear many (metaphorical) hats and thought why not add one more? Making his debut as a producer, he is absolutely elated to showcase some of his favorite humans and voices. They all might also be his students - but he is adamant that he has learned at least as much from them as they have from him. Founder of HOWL™ (www.howlvoicemethod.com), voice faculty at NYU Tisch School of the Arts: New Studio on Broadway and The New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts, Vocal Director for RCCL’s Celebrity Cruise Lines. His work as a music producer can be heard on Indie Pop duo JoClair’s “Signs of the Second Coming.” which is available on all streaming platforms. Proud graduate of the Esper Studio where he studied with the late, and the great, Bill Esper. Thank you for teaching me how to teach, Bill. Many thanks to Bri and Jess for their tireless work helping make this show happen, and for putting up with my crazy late night philosophical musings. Please follow us @howlvoice!
